Design Method

Step 1: Choose plant type - 3D plant layout

Compared with the traditional Auto CAD drawings the 3D view design presents a more clear and understandable workshop layout for the customer. Not colorful lines only designers or professionals can understand.

Step 2: Site/Online visit- VR Pre-viewing

Step 3 Confirm project -Sign the contract

After determining the requirements, we offer the corresponding quotation. The quotation includes the process introduction, equipment specifications, the responsibilities of the buyer and the seller, the equipment list, and preliminary drawings. After an on-site or online discussion, both parties will determine the final contract details. At the same time, we begin to prepare circuit diagrams and installation diagrams for all the equipment. The corresponding files of the equipment, such as:
1. Machine(line) overview and specifications
2. Installation-description of each part-detailed description of the operation program
3. Operation procedure-emergency plan
4. Daily maintenance alarms and troubleshooting
5. User parameter setting and meaning.
6. Detailed control diagram

After finishing the above, the conceptual design will be finished.

Manufacturing
After signing the Contract with customers, start the manufacturing works.
Purchase the steel, raw materials, electronic key parts, and other auxiliary equipment.
Design the software ( machine control-PLC and HMI) for system automation running.

Installation
The installation of mechanical parts and machines, the placement of some power supplies, controllers and other system components, and the assembly of the system. The engineers assemble and install the equipment according to the design. They weld all the steel structures together. Connect the power system and other support systems to overall arrange the entire layout management, starting the system to ensure that the equipment can run normally. Adjust the operation of the system according to the mechanical and contract terms.

Commissioning
After the equipment is installed, the trial operation shall be carried out, and the furnace combustion system shall be adjusted according to the design requirements to ensure the efficient use of heat. Adjust the traveling crane operation system to ensure smooth process flow. The most important thing is to provide customers with technical guidance on hot dip galvanizing to ensure that the galvanized workpiece can meet the technical requirements.
